Jamil Nushwat
Managing Partner
After graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2005, Jamil first went to work for a large and prestigious real estate law firm in the Bay Area. Jamil mainly represented mid-sized and large commercial property owners.
From there, Jamil went on to work as a dedicated supervising deputy district attorney for Tulare County for more than 13 years. During that time with the DA’s office, Jamil rose the ranks to prosecute every type of major case, including the largest gang and homicide cases.
In private practice, Jamil has applied his expertise in major litigation to help countless families successfully get through very difficult times.
Nima Vakili
Managing Partner
Attorney Nima Vakili is an experienced trial attorney who aggressively advocates for his clients. Nima's desire to become a lawyer was triggered at very young age. He wanted to help people who needed a voice and to protect their rights. After graduating from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and passing the bar, Nima first went to work for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office as a volunteer attorney for approximately two years.
From there, Nima went on to work for the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office as a dedicated deputy district attorney for almost 5 years. During that time with the DA’s office, Nima prosecuted and handled a wide variety of cases, including misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile cases.
As an attorney, Nima takes each of his clients' cases personally. He cares about his clients and relates to them. He works one-on-one with his clients so that he can understand their story, allowing him to better advocate for his clients.
